This page describes how Toonzbook handles the privacy of the Toonzbook
owners and the users

- All information of the Toonzbook owners are kept confidential and won't
be distributed to any other party
- Email address of people who have signed a toonzbook won't be distributed
either to any other party. The owner of a toonzbook is supplied a form to
contact a person who has signed the toonzbook, but will never get the email
address handed out. As long the person who has signed the toonzbook does not
reply to the incoming email sended by the form, the owner will not know email address of the
person.
- Toonzbook use cookies for handling login sessions. Cookies will never
contain sensitive information like email addresses or unencrypted passwords.
- Toonzbook will not monitor a Toonzbook entries. All entries are
maintained by the toonzbook's owners. Toonzbook owners can mark entries with
in-appropriate contents. Toonzbook will only look then at the marked entry, logging
the IP of the one who has signed the entry. When IP addresses recur, Toonzbook may en can decide to ban the IP addresses from signing
any Toonzbook or ban the IP addresses from accessing any Toonzbook at all.

- Email address are only used by an automated system to send emails.
Messages sent will only be Toonzbook related messages
- Abuse of Toonzbook will result in dropping relevance of the privacy
policy for the user/owner in question. Abuse will be reported to the ISP of the
user/owner in question.
